Seared Red And Black Peppercorn Tuna

Tuna steak trimmed to a square                                   2
Red peppercorn (crushed)                                     1/4 cup
Black peppercorn (crushed)                                   1/4 cup
Salt                                                                  To Taste
Olive oil                                                                  1tbls.
Butter                                                                     1tbs.
Garlic clove(crushed)                                                   

1-Season Tuna with salt on both sides and crushed red pepper on one side and crushed black pepper on the other side.
2-Heat  olive oil in a cast iron skillet on medium heat (oil is hot when it begins to smoke).
3- Add crushed garlic clove and tuna steaks .
4-Sear for one minute and add butter to pan let continue to sear for another half minute and turn tuna steak over to other side and sear for a minute and a half.
5. Cut into 4 tri-angles (x) and serve.
